    Okay so I live about 5 minutes away from subway and I usually eat here alot and usually the staff are nice helpful but when I went with my family a lady made my food and I said american cheese I had to repeat myself and I told her to put olives lettuce and cucumber she only put olives and one cucumber I was like what the nutz dude luckly we went to cherry on top besides that their soup is delicous

    Did not open on time! It was past 7am and the lights weren't even on yet. Was not gonna waste my time waiting for them.

    Terrible service really bad. I hope the territory manager reads this because the Cabo's do not care about their store. With a two star rating they should get someone else who cares. I plan on telling as much people as I can.

    Usually has a lot of people waiting in line, but thankfully today we were able to get fast service. The lady was very fast but also didn't butcher the sandwich, it still looked pretty darn tasty. When we got some cookies we asked how much it was she said "it is like 3 cookies for $1" then she said "well $1.79". $1.79 is closer to $2 than $1, but apart from that mathematical problem, she was able to assist us and give us a yummy Spicy Italian sandwich! Yum!

    Cashier was completely incompetent. Did not know how to ring up a gift card. Then later, asked for a cup for water was told to hang on while she rang up a customer, then totally forgot my cup. Sandwiches were ok.

    I got the "maverick" badge because I checked into this place. The badge is for checking into someplace that's gotten low ratings. But this place is pretty good. The people are nice. I mean, they're with you from start to finish. They don't have an attitude. They follow whatever you want. If anything goes wrong at subway (any subway) then it's kind of your fault. As long as you speak loud and clearly, you should have no problem. Each time I've gone to this subway, I haven't been mad, disappointed or unhappy. It's a great place to eat.

    food same as any other subway. Very clean ample parking. Just had to keep repeating my order over and over..a little humbug. All in all..pretty good.

    Bad customer service. Walk in, no greeting not even a knowledge that your there. Then as we were eating people came in. There was NOBODY behind the counter, they were in the back talking stories. Someone (a customer) had to yell "HELLO?!" Then a lady came out. Didnt even apologies. Some great customer service huuh? I should of left a tip, no money maybe some tips on good customer service? I guess the food was okay?

    This has got to be the weirdest thing I have ever experienced. My husband and I are no strangers to Subway. We have eaten many a sandwich from the chain restaurant all over the United States. We have never quite had an experience though as what we did at this Subway in particular. I ordered the Subway Club, and my husband got a tuna melt, adding bacon. First of all, the ordering process was painful. The first girl taking our order (bread and meat) was SO quiet, I had to ask her to repeat herself four times. The girl who handled our sandwiches out of the toaster (veggies and sauces/cashier), on the other hand, was incredibly loud and rude and seemed to have an attitude after I asked her if she could please put more onions on my sandwich (she literally put the four tiniest pieces of onion ever on a footlong sub). This is where it gets interesting. We both started eating our subs and tasted...nothing. Literally nothing. I don't know if this joint got a bad order of stock, or if they're washing their meat or WHAT in the heck is going on, but I have NEVER eaten at a Subway and tasted absolutely NOTHING. The meat wasn't flavored, the cheese couldn't be tasted, and despite me watching the girl put on a blob of mayonnaise, I couldn't taste it at ALL. I would have thought something was wrong with just me and my taste buds, but my husband started accusing me of not getting bacon on his sub...and yet there it was. Then, he asked if I ordered the right cheese for him...yep, there was the pepper jack cheese. It was all there, as we had ordered it when we opened up the sub, but it was all absolutely flavorless. Considering neither one of us could taste ANYTHING, we figure it's something wrong with Subway...not us. We went across the street and got Cherry on Top for dessert and tasted that juuuuuuuuust fine. I would give zero stars for this Subway if I could. What a train wreck. Go get a REAL sandwich at La Tour Cafe across the parking lot.

    I come here whenever I'm in this plaza.. it's better than McDonalds and waiting in those long lines for Ramen or the new crepe place. They have ONE high chair!! this is tough for a mom like me. especially if theirs another toddler/infant eating some subway. very limited seating and really tight spaces once a line starts to form. the service is nothing too extraordinary. you tell them what you want and they do just as that. not with a smile or asking a friendly 'how's your day'. I don't even think I've ever been asked if I wanted anything extra.. like a cookie or soup. which is semi big because that's usually how you would get customers to buy more. pretty cheap on vegetables.. I've been running into that at plenty of subways on Oahu. it sucks when my first and last bite are bread. no bathroom :/ if you dine in.. you get free refills!

    THE WORST SUBWAY! I'll never understand why any business dealing with the public would hire employees that don't speak English. If I'm ordering directly off of your menu board and you can't understand me, then we have a problem! I had to repeat myself about 3 times PER vegetable which was more than obnoxious and the lady refused to put any veggies on the last four inches of the foot long I ordered. She just kept piling all the veggies right in the middle of the sandwich. She also would only use maybe 3 pieces of each cut vegetable so the sandwich was sooo wimpy and I kept asking for her to add more. I opted for spinach instead of lettuce and she spread out 6 leaves of spinach across a foot long. What the hey??? I'd love to say I'm never coming back but this place is so close to my work I probably will be.

    I've been here a few times since its close to the gym and I know this place is fairly new. At around 7, there are no cookies and sometimes the fountain soda machine is running low on syrup. One time I told one of the workers and she didn't do anything. I came more recently and the girl that served me (had a mole on her face) seemed irritated that we came. She made facials as I was ordering and it hurt me. :/ I wanted to bitch at her, she was working with her supervisor and she even scolded her own supervisor. That same supervisor ate one of the meatballs with her bare hands while changing out the meatballs and she looked up to see if anyone was watching and we made eye contact. Ewwwww.

    Theres always gonna be that one worker that doesn't give good customer service, but that doesn't mean it's gonna turn out bad. The only way to deal with it, is to work with it, instead of against it. Never had that one bad worker, but I'm just saying. Good place to get a low calorie sandwich

    Okay, so I go order my usual veggie patty subway sandwich with avocado, spinach, tomatoes, cucumber, bell peppers and olives. AND I SWEAR I SAW SOMETHING WHITE ON ONE OF THE SPINACH LEAVES! The ladies had an unsightly grimace, but still tried to look for the leaf with the white substance. They told me it was avocado, but it was CLEARLY WHITE because even my friend and other costumers said it was white! And I wasn't about to eat spider eggs for lunch! So the lady continued to ask me what other vegetables I wanted. I told her I wanted more spinach. She gave me another grimace and asked what other vegetables I wanted. I kept requesting more, and then the lady just stopped what she was doing and looked at me. Each time I asked for more spinach, SHE WOULD PUT ONLY ONE EXTRA LEAF ON MY SANDWICH! Her co-worker told me that they have a "procedure" and that they are only supposed to give me 6 leaves of spinach per 6 inches of sandwich...MEANING ONLY ONE SPINACH LEAF PER INCH! I could not believe what I was hearing. WHAT IF I ONLY WANTED SPINACH? COULD I BE CHARGED EXTRA FOR MORE SPINACH? WHAT IF MY FRIEND DIDN'T WANT SPINACH? COULD I THEN HAVE HERS? If its in their procedure, the lady that was helping me should have at least explained to me the circumstances beforehand or have it plastered somewhere on the wall. AND ON TOP OF THAT, MY FRIEND BEFORE ME ASKED FOR MORE SPINACH, AND THEY HAPPILY OBLIGED TO HER REQUEST! IT DOES NOT MAKE SENSE! REALLY?! NEXT TIME I WILL MAKE MY OWN SANDWICH FOR WAY CHEAPER AND PUT HOWEVER MANY LEAVES OF CLEAN, SPIDER-EGG FREE SPINACH LEAVES I WANT! THEY DO NOT DESERVE 1 STAR!

    Flat bread breakfast sandwich and a drink for $3. Yes please! Cheap and healthy is good to me. Service was good and fast. This must be the cleanest Subways I have ever been in.

    I've been here once before. The customer service was pretty good. However, the 2nd night we went, there was a girl that was in a rush for no reason (we were the only customers and it was no where near closing time). She was very rude and it didn't seem like she wanted to be there. I felt as if we were inconveniencing her! She squeezed/wrapped our sandwiches so tightly that we ended up with a lumpy, smashed sandwiches. I was not pleased. The two stars (instead of one) is because the other girl who was working with her had a friendly attitude and seemed to be doing all the "dirty work" (she was cleaning the soda machine when we came in and was cleaning while we were eating). I wish she was the one who made our sandwiches... I don't think I will be going back any time soon...except maybe if another girl is working.

    Seriously? This place sucks so much. I came around 10 in the morning. Which to normal people is breakfast time. Well I guess this subway never got the memo. I guess they also didn't know that hot coffee is amazing on a rainy morning. Because when I came here before work one day not only did they not have coffee cups they also didn't have any breakfast items ready. Even though they didnt have coffee cups I really wanted some coffee so I got it anyways. I seriously don't think that this chick was thinking. Does anyone remember the McDonalds lawsuit where the chick sued the restaurant because she spilled hot coffee on her lap? Well I do. I ended up getting burns all over my hands because of this dumb girl. This upset me so much that I will never go to this subway again. Like I've delt with unclean restaurants, horrible customer service and just bad food. But when a restaurant doesn't even care about your safety that is when you draw the line. Subway seriously needs to step it up.

    This place is the only subway between Aiea and Waikele so it can be crowded. At least this store is clean and new. I came here one time and it was 8:50pm. Their hours were until 9:00pm. They already had locked the doors. So what I did was call their number and the heavier set worker did not answer the phone. I was pretty upset about that and they had lost a moderate sized sale. I came back a week later and realized noticed that the worker is not longer there.

    how do you work at subway and not understand the difference between chicken breast and turkey breast!? thankfully I had no problems while in line, but everyone around me had trouble with the customer service.
